At USA Gundam Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and gear, allowing returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
